They are now looking for a new Customer Success Manager to join the growing team in. In this role you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement new processes to increase the retention of thousands of clients. What you'll be doing Analyse the data around churn and retention Gain an in-depth understanding of the services to become a trusted advisor. Implement new processes to prevent churn. Collaborate with other departments such as product, to pass on client feedback. Build amazing, and long lasting relationships with clients.
