Talent Acquisition Manager @ The IN Group

Responsibilities
1. Managing and developing a team of 4 Payroll Administrators
2. Ensuring weekly contractor payroll for approximately 1,200 UK and European contractors (PAYE, Umbrella and Limited Company) is processed to deadlines.
3. Run weekly payroll checks, reconciliations and payment submission to banking system
4. Processing pay and bill adjustments
5. Managing US contractor payroll including liaison with sales teams and 3rd party payroll providers in the US
6. Overseeing client invoice generation including weekly invoice reconciliation
7. Setting up new placements and contractors on electronic timesheet system
8. Dealing with queries from contractors, sales and clients
9. Being the first escalation point for payroll queries
10. Producing reports for internal and external stakeholders as and when required
11. Assisting Finance Operations Manager and Financial Controller with annual audits
12. Continuously reviewing and improving processes
