Job description: HR Manager for a property management company in Manchester, responsible for implementing best practice policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting and guiding the business on HR and people development
* Managing employee relations and absence issues
* Identifying staffing needs and developing the organisational structure
* Ensuring best practice in recruitment and selection
* Updating company policies and keeping abreast of legal changes
Requirements:
* CIPD level 5 (minimum)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in HR management
Working pattern:
* Monday to Friday
* 37 hours per week (8:30-5:00)
* Hybrid working after passing probation
