The ideal individual would hold at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role from a professional services environment. The role would include experience within Windows 10 as well as Office 365 and the experience of IT Helpdesk processes. You must have excellent attention to detail along with having strong time-management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Logging support calls and ensure the outcomes are documented.
* Escalate and redirect any support requests.
* Provide assistance in installation and configuration.
* Ensure all backup files are maintained.
