Position: Sports Graduate – Mixed Primary & Secondary SEN
Location: Burnley, BB10
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temp to Perm Positions
What You’ll Do:
1. Lead inclusive and engaging sports sessions tailored for students with Special Educational Needs, helping them develop physical, social, and emotional skills.
2. Work with primary and secondary-aged students across a variety of sports, adapting activities to meet individual needs and abilities.
3. Foster teamwork, confidence, and independence in a safe and supportive environment.
4. Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to create personalized activity plans that support students’ learning and well-being.
5. Support students during PE lessons, break times, and after-school sports clubs, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all.
6. Organize and participate in sports events, competitions, and school-wide physical activity initiatives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
