Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Cheshire, Macclesfield Job Type: Contract, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Description Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow the lesson plans provided and maintain a positive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students are on task Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities as required Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with students in an educational setting Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the UK National Curriculum Strong classroom management skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Additional subject specialisms or certifications Working Conditions: Part-time hours, typically working on a flexible schedule May involve travel to different schools within the region Opportunity for professional development and career advancement All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
