Customer Service Coordinator East Grinstead £25,000 - £28,000 We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our well established and bespoke development client. The role be based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, and comes with a salary between £25,000 - £28,000. Responsibilities for Customer Service Coordinator Provide excellent customer care Excellent communication with other departments Update delivery dates, track deliveries Follow leads through marketing, advertising and meeting with customers Great understanding of products, services and overall objectives Flexible with working Saturdays and Open Days Attend weekly and monthly meetings Assisting the MD/Project Manager with: Diary management Meet financial targets Customer service Monitoring and following up all general sales enquiries Administrative and organisational duties Follow up planning/ building regulation application and liaising with the planning authorities and technical department Requirements for Customer Service Coordinator Understanding of Microsoft office Able to work 1 Saturday a month time off in lieu Organised and administration experience Willingness to work out of office hours Experience in customer service with great communication skills Previous experience in the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential Comfortable approaching customers If the Customer Service Coordinator role has taken your interest, or you have any questions, apply with your latest CV and I will be in touch to discuss the next steps of your application.
