The College
Oxford International College (OIC) Brighton is an international day and boarding college for students aged 13 to 18. Following the IGCSE and A Level curriculums, OIC Brighton’s curriculum is based on the proven success of Oxford International College’s three-pronged curriculum model which has led to outstanding academic outcomes. OIC Brighton intends to join OIC Oxford at the top of the UK league tables, preparing our leavers for the most competitive courses at the world’s best universities. The College opened on the historical Ovingdean Hall site in August 2023 and is due to grow incrementally over the next 3 years, with a large expansion project planned on the site and a final capacity of 500 teaching spaces. OIC Brighton’s students are predominantly international boarders, many of whom stay onsite over weekends and short holidays.

The Role
The Director of Academic Operations will report to the Principal of OIC Brighton and will be instrumental in developing and growing the College’s academic systems and processes.
Working closely with the Deputy Principal Academic, the Director of Academic Operations will work both operationally and strategically to ensure that the production, management and interpretation of academic data supports the College’s needs and enhances academic and operational provision for OIC Brighton’s students. With a strong focus on IT systems and data management, this role will contribute to the College’s strategic improvement at this exciting period in OIC Brighton’s development.
