We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Workday Support Team as Workday Functional Partner – Recruitment operating within the Arriva Corporate Centre.
This role is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of Recruiting processes and implementation of updates and changes to configuration, security and business processes in Workday.
This role needs to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the services and solutions provided meet our current and future needs.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Act as SME for Workday Recruiting, responsible for the maintenance, change requests and upgrades across these areas.
* Support other Functional Specialists to deliver the Workday Support Teams solution for recruiting.
* Responsible for assessing all change impacts in relation to these areas and following the governance model in place to reduce risk and identify improvement.
* Support the BUs to maximise automation opportunities and reduce off system processes.
* Host and facilitate workshops and demonstrations virtually and in-person.
* Responsible for configuring and maintaining any updates to the business processes and security policies.
* Utilise Workday Community and Workday Success Plans to understand best practice and market trends.
* Working alongside other Functional Partners to configure and maintain reports that fall under the category of Recruiting.
* Data management; correcting and uploading data through EIB.
* Responsible for testing any new functionality or upgrades/releases.
* Actively works and supports resolution of issues escalated.
* Identifies and recommends processes areas that could be simplified, improved, or changed.
* Support in maintaining training activities and materials.
* Project support as required.
What we'd like from you!
We’re looking for candidates with extensive knowledge and experience with delivery of HR processes, data and systems including Workday.
Candidates must be analytically driven, able to proactively troubleshoot issues and conduct knowledge transfer with end users.
Workday Pro for Recruiting module is desirable.
