The Role
As a Programme Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value defence programmes. Leading cross-functional teams, you’ll manage stakeholders, drive commercial success, and ensure mission-critical outcomes in cyber, ISR, and intelligence systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead programme delivery, ensuring projects meet time, cost, and performance goals.
2. Manage multidisciplinary teams and act as the primary liaison with government stakeholders.
3. Apply risk management, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project governance frameworks.
4. Oversee commercial negotiations and influence business development strategies.
Essential Requirements:
1. Proven experience in managing complex defence or intelligence programmes.
2. Strong understanding of UKIC/MoD environments and classified project lifecycles.
3. Expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and financial oversight.
4. Proficiency in EVM, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar methodologies.
