As a Call Centre Agent at dlc you will: Handle inbound and outbound calls. Guide businesses and their finance teams on any queries, disputes and processes around payments and allocations to their accounts. Be confident and a clear communicator, with the ability to talk with owners, senior managers and financial departments of large corporations. Take payments from business customers, ensuring funds are correctly allocated. Use active listening skills and questioning techniques to support our customers. Have great attention to detail and be meticulous, with a natural ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll begin the role with a 4-week training programme. You’ll learn more about us, what we do, why we do it, and what part you can play to achieve our mission. You’ll also learn about credit control, products, processes, allocations and how to use our systems. This will be based in our Telford office, Monday – Friday: 9.30am – 2.30pm. Once you’re ready to go, you’ll move into our weekly shift patterns, working Monday – Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm (25 hours part time) 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am – 1pm with a day off during the week when working a Saturday.
