Annual Salary: GBP20,941.30 : GBP22,835.30 (Term:Time Only)

About the role:
This is a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting that provides essential education and support for children who have been permanently excluded or need alternative provision. The role involves working with students with SEMH challenges, additional behaviour needs, and Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC).

Key requirements:
* Experience in SEMH, Alternative Provision (AP), or PRU settings (Highly Desirable)
* Understanding of or experience with challenging behaviours
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students, tailoring strategies to meet individual needs.
* Support the delivery of engaging lessons in core and foundation subjects, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
* Stay calm under pressure and build trust and relationships with students, reinforcing positive behaviours.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to provide a consistent, structured environment.
