Following significant organic growth in recent years, the team is looking for an experienced professional to take a key role in the senior leadership team.
As Client Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving the firm's success, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery, and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
In this role, you'll oversee a varied but small client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact while delivering high-quality services, including management accounts, year-end accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax returns, VAT returns, and bookkeeping.

You'll work closely with Directors providing leadership and support to the wider team, while identifying new business opportunities to contribute to the firm's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing queries and offering expert advice both internally and externally to the business.
Lead client meetings, building trust-based relationships.
Collaborate with Directors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Oversee team workloads, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are of the highest quality.
Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting professional growth and alignment with the firm’s values.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the firm’s client base and service offerings.

A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a practice environment, including managing and reviewing client work.
