Job Description
Your role as housekeeper…
9. This is a working role so you will be leading from the front ensure an outstanding guest experience
10. You will create the perfect environment for our guests through preparation of exceptional spaces, perfect cleanliness and adding unique touches to create lasting impressions
11. Manage staffing, work assignments, and performance goals, providing mentoring and coaching for continuous improvement.
12. Plan rotas, control budgets, and communicate effectively with other managers to meet guest demand and address special requirements.
13. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance training for new team members whilst overseeing housekeeping team training and standards.
14. Conduct routine inspections, report defects, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
15. Maintain exceptional cleanliness in public areas, promptly address guest experiences, assist in VIP requirements, and focus on delivering personalised touches for complete guest satisfaction.
