The Post You will be one of a team of lawyers dealing with Residential Property and Regeneration matters. You will be able to demonstrate experience of residential property conveyancing transactions, Right to Buy and acquisitions, disposals, leases and licences and other related property work. You will have good drafting skills and an eye for detail as well as a good understanding to conveyancing law and practise. You will be able to conduct your caseload with minimum supervision and will be accustomed to working at pace in a busy team.
