Main duties of the job In this role, you will provide expert palliative and end of life nursing care, supporting patients and their families through difficult times. From assessing and implementing individualised care plans to ensuring effective symptom management, your compassionate approach will ensure dignity and comfort are prioritised. You will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, contributing to collaborative decision-making and ensuring continuity of care. Acting as a shift leader when required, you will mentor and support junior staff, promoting a positive and supportive environment. Additionally, your involvement in service improvements and quality initiatives will help shape the ongoing development of our exceptional care services.
