Looking for an office based role as an office administrator covering order processing and general office administration support. If so, we have an ideal opportunity covering a 12-month Maternity leave within the small friendly office team of a manufacturing and logistics company. This is varied part time role working to support both the Sales Administration and Import and Export paperwork. The working week is 4 days Monday - Thursday 8am-4,30pm half hour unpaid lunch. Although some flexibility to 3 days or shorter hours is open for discussion. In addition to your basic salary there is an end of contract bonus of up to £2000 Key Duties will be Inputting Purchase and Sales orders onto system. Checking import shipping documents and monitoring shipping progress, alongside monitoring deliveries from UK based suppliers. Liaising with Customs Clearing and Shipping Agents to organise customs clearance and delivery of Imports. Keeping internal and suppliers Certificates and Accreditations files up to date. General ad hoc duties. E.G franking post, filing. So if you have good communication skills, PC competent and enjoy variety then this is the role for you.
