Job Description Engineering Administrator / Internal Sales Support / Administrator required to join an engineering manufacturer in Loughborough. The successful Engineering Administrator / Internal Sales Support / Administrator will be responsible for engineering administration for contracts, projects and orders through all stages of contract delivery including technical and quality documentation, installation and commissioning. The Engineering Administrator / Internal Sales Support / Administrator will ideally have administration/customer experience within an engineering environment or experience with pumps or similar mechanical engineering products/services such as hydraulics, pneumatics, compressed air, capital equipment, rotating equipment or similar. Full product training provided. Package £27,000 - £31,000 depending on experience Bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Career progression Additional company benefits Engineering Administrator / Internal Sales Support / Administrator Role: Prepare and manage technical and quality documentation to support with the contract, project or order delivery. Administer and deliver contracts, projects and orders through all stages of contract delivery including site installation and commissioning. Review technical and commercial orders to deliver the contract, project or order effectively. Initiate production of pumps and associated items, procurement of sub-supplied items, creating workshop instructions, and arranging deliveries to site in line with customer orders. Input and update records/reports to enable contract, project or order tracking. Creation and management of order-related commercial documents. Liaise with various engineering departments. Engineering Administrator / Internal Sales Support / Administrator Requirements: Experience as an Administrator, Internal Sales Support, Contracts Engineer, Proposal Engineer, Documentation Engineer, Technical Advisor, Customer Service Advisor or similar within the engineering industry. Have administration/customer experience within an engineering environment or experience with pumps or similar mechanical engineering products/services such as hydraulics, pneumatics, compressed air, capital equipment, rotating equipment or similar. Full product training provided. Experience of contract, project, documentation, updating technical/engineering requirements or order management within an engineering environment is advantageous An engineering technical qualification, apprentice trained, HNC, HND or degree would be highly desirable. Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Commutable to office based in Loughborough.
