First Achieve's Engineering Division has an excellent opportunity for a QHSE Manager to join an established and growing company in the Glasgow region. Our client is an esteemed manufacturer, dedicated to heavy industrial products worldwide.

2. 37hr work week – however, some flexibility may be required to work the occasional weekend/evening when needed

This role will report directly to the Head of Operations and you will be expected to work as part of a collaborative team of operatives in ensuring the QHSE policies and administrative goals of the business are met.
Duties will involve the following:
1. Developing, leading, managing and maintaining the company's health, safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and compliance to ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
2. Designing and managing the company QHSE internal audit schedule.
3. Liason with internal and external stakeholders and departments related to QHSE regarding audits and contractual requirements.
4. First and final inspection of components manufactured.
5. Planning, managing and delivering all QHSE department related activities.
Essential skills, experience and knowledge:
The successful candidate must have:
1. Internal auditor certification in ISO9001
2. Prior experience in a QHSE capacity within an engineering company
3. Prior experience in ISO9001, 14001 and 45001
