A leading Yorkshire law firm is looking to expand its housing team with the addition of an experienced housing solicitor.
You will play a key role in managing a varied caseload covering all aspects of housing law. The firm's client base includes housing associations, local authorities and private sector entities.
Suitable candidates will be able to advise on a broad spectrum of housing law matters, including but not limited to, landlord and tenant disputes, housing disrepair, leasehold issues, and possession proceedings.
It would be beneficial to be able to provide representation in courts and tribunals. This vacancy is aimed at more senior candidates of over 6 years pqe to director level.
