Minimum Requirements
1. Previous experience working as a Salesforce administrator with exposure to at least one of the following technologies: Salesforce SalesCloud for CRM, Salesforce ServiceCloud for ITSM, Salesforce CPQ.
2. Demonstrable experience working in a technical support role (helpdesk) and/or customer service-facing role.
3. Experience with flows, profiles, permission sets, and permission set groups.
4. Proven experience in configuration/development in a live production environment.
5. Ability to create and maintain system and user documentation.
6. Ability to design, deliver, and test system developments.
Responsibilities
1. Provide 2nd line support for Salesforce, addressing technical queries, usability, reporting, change requests, and policy.
2. Administer Salesforce across associated clouds, including but not limited to Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, and Communications.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and support the translation of these into administration and development tasks.
4. Consult stakeholders regarding system functionality and usability to enhance customer experience (CX).
5. Consistently deliver quality work on time, ensuring estimates and first-time pass-through QA are met.
6. Demonstrate application features to stakeholders, both in person and online.
7. Adhere to internal processes and standards for managing software development across its lifecycle, from initial design to regular feature releases and bug fixes.
8. Provide system development and administration on Jira and maintain system documentation.
