Salary: Up to £26,000pa depending on experience
My client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to help manage customer orders and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner. You will need to have good customer service and people skills for this role. Experience is preferred but not essential as the ability to learn and grow are the key requirements.
Duties to include:
1. Source special product requirements
2. Give product advice
3. Offer support to the Account Managers
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous customer service experience is preferred
2. Enjoy dealing with people and problem solving
3. Have the ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
4. Have a strong customer service focus
5. Good computer skills and knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
Salary is up to £26,000pa depending on experience, with 20 days holiday, pension, and on-site parking.
