Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to all residents. Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and support staff. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth. Financial Oversight: Manage the homes budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. Family and Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents’ families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Represent the home in the local community and maintain a positive image. Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the resident experience. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within a residential home Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proven track record of success, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
