THE ROLE
As Data Analyst, you will support a successful CRM implementation through understanding and setting up processes and reports to most effectively use data. The role is collaborative, working with internal teams to make the best use of client data from client intake, to billing, to relationship management to reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Maximise the value that the contact and relationship systems provide to the business through understanding business need and enhancing relationship information sharing to support profitable revenue generation.
2. Connecting client information journey across the business identifying areas of strength and improvement.
3. Enhance the CRM provision to the business.
4. Data management including:
1. Understanding the relationships data available and gaps.
2. Leading the data workstream for the CRM improvements project, including data cleanse, gap and enrichment work.
3. Monitor and maintain data integrity across integrated systems and support on ad hoc data migration workstreams.
4. Data mapping work and best use of existing data sets to inform business insights.
5. Designing, championing and monitoring relationship data governance protocols and policies across the firm.
5. Relationship reporting at business, sector and team level, automating and using systems including Upper Sigma (Salesforce) and PowerBi.
6. Ensuring CRM data is compliant with GDPR.
7. The daily administration of Upper Sigma (Salesforce) CRM, Introhive and Concep systems. Working with the 3rd parties on break fix resolutions and change requests, pulling in additional resources if required.
YOU
1. Demonstrable business knowledge and the ability to interrogate data to surface BD insights.
2. Proven track record of working with CRM systems in a professional services environment.
3. Proven track record of working with data to produce useful BD insights.
4. Ability to influence and promote the benefits of good data and insights in a professional services environment.
5. Experience with Upper Sigma, Introhive, PowerBi and 3E is desirable.
6. Team player who communicates enthusiasm for effective CRM and data management.
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
