Job Description
1. Serve as technical support for customers & internal sales staff to assess jobs & determine feasibility of manufacturing
2. Oversee manufacturing operations from job routing, all the way up to final assembly/final product
3. Generate CNC programs based on customer prints - focus will be on milling operations, with exposure to turning operations as well
4. Delegate tasks to members of the Engineering & Engineering support teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met
5. Troubleshoot production issues through the process, & interface with Quality, Maintenance, & Production

The Successful Applicant
MUST HAVE:
6. 5+ years' experience in a precision machining environment - knowledge of CNC milling required
7. Demonstrated experience taking a customer print & running a project to convert into a finished product, with little oversight
8. Knowledge of G-Code programming of CNC machinery (mills, lathes)
9. Strong proficiency in GD&T
10. Knowledge of work holding for CNC machining processes
11. Experience in CAD software for design of tooling/fixtures
What's on Offer
12. Base salary $85,000 - $105,000 depending on level of experience & relevant industry background
13. Annual bonus incentive based on company goals - 10+ year track record paying out at 5-6%
