As Head of Digital, you’ll:
1. Take ownership of the P&L, driving improvements across sales, gross profit, and distribution costs to maximise EBITDA.
2. Develop and deliver annual budgets and business operating plans to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
3. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, marketing, and other departments to drive cross-functional excellence and achieve business objectives.
4. Foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with group-wide goals and strategies.
5. Lead the development of internal infrastructure and team structures to support brand growth and scalability.
6. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to maximise team potential and performance.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
7. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams within an online/digital business environment.
8. Strong background in full P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning.
9. Demonstrated expertise in marketing mix management and growth strategies.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with a high level of organisation.
11. Strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and guiding teams to success.
12. Autonomous, with the confidence to make decisions and drive initiatives independently.
13. Analytical mindset, using data to drive strategic business decisions.
14. Innovative and creative, with a track record of developing and implementing unique growth strategies.
