Job Description
* Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
* Managing the recruitment and selection process
* Supporting business needs through the proper HR policies and procedures
* Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture
* Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
* Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
* Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
* A deep understanding of HR functions and best practices
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
* In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
