You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, driving success through understanding their needs and offering strategic, consultative support. You will help our clients build their remote teams and strengthen partnerships through tailored solutions that benefit both parties. What You’ll Do: Build Strong Relationships : You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and consistently exceeded. You’ll actively listen to their challenges and goals, offering tailored strategies to solve problems and enhance their business. Drive Targeted Growth : You won’t just maintain relationships—you’ll grow them. Using your consultative sales skills, you’ll identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, secure new business, and foster client referrals. Collaborate & Innovate : You’ll work closely with our internal teams to create professional development seminars for our remote professionals, helping them thrive. You’ll also collaborate with clients to optimize the way they manage their remote teams, setting them up for long-term success. Problem-Solving & Strategy : You’ll be the go-to person for solving any client issues, always thinking ahead to find new ways to improve processes and add value. Maximize Opportunities : You’ll proactively identify ways to deepen client relationships and increase business opportunities through referrals, new services, and strategic partnerships. Experience working with remote teams or in a similar industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
