A display graphics company at the forefront of the industry is expanding its team of industry leading experts. They are looking for a senior account management professional will the experience and skills necessary to help clients achieve their commercial goals. You will work with key clients and be right by their side every step of the way, from initial concept to finished printed products.
Thecandidate we seek will stand out with their creative ideas and world-classcustomer service and will be someone who consistently delivers best-in-classand makes our client the go-to supplier in their sector.
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage a portfolioof accounts from varying business sectors, manage on-going projects with clientto a high standard, liaising with clients and internal departments to ensureour clients receive exceptional service, opportunities for growth areidentified and developed through a commitment of our customer serviceexcellence.
2. Ensuresatisfaction is always achieved through pro-active management andcommunication.
3. Retention anddevelopment of clients through the provision of first-class services.
4. Be the firstescalation point with the Client Support Team.
5. Be the key voiceof the company and uphold the company values ensuring we drive reputationalexcellence within our industry.
6. Manage and leadthe account management of some of the business’ key client and strategicaccounts.
7. Respond to all clientrequests for information within a timely manner and in line with the ClientSupport Team internal SLAs.
8. Provide quotes tothe client from existing price matrices,
