Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated Adult Social Workers to join our Review Team in Enfield, offering a pay rate of 32 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Conduct thorough reviews of care packages and placements, ensuring comprehensive evaluations.
2. Develop and implement detailed support plans tailored to individual needs.
3. Apply knowledge of the continuing health care process and relevant legislation to ensure compliance and best practices.
4. Undertake comprehensive care package and placement reviews.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
* Post-qualified experience
