Lead: Take ownership of the programme's implementation, guiding our passionate team through this transformative change. Innovate: Keep learning, reviewing, and adapting the programme to remain at the forefront of addiction treatment. About You We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with the vision and expertise to lead this transformation. You will need: Qualifications: HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist. Experience: Significant experience in designing and leading therapeutic programmes, particularly those informed by trauma and tailored to co-occurring mental health conditions. Experience in substance misuse settings is not essential but would be beneficial. Skills: Strong knowledge of evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-focused interventions as well as additional knowledge of the wider interventions including IFS, Compassionate inquiry and SSP. Leadership: A proven track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams and driving meaningful change. Collaboration: The ability to engage with stakeholders across the community and beyond to build a programme that reflects best practices and meets diverse needs.
