Main duties and responsibilities:
* Coordinating the design studio on a daily basis, ensuring work is scheduled and deadlines are met.
* Distributing product samples to media and sponsored athletes.
* Uploading digital content to website, social media and email platforms.
* Collating data and preparing monthly reports.
* Coordination of point-of-sale material, from concept to production.
* Coordinating photoshoots, including booking of photographers / studio time, models, arranging product etc.
* Support with preparation of event kit and material and attend events where required.
* Coordination of department purchase orders and invoicing.
* Maintaining marketing content archives, ensuring all content is saved correctly as per department guidelines.
* Receipt of incoming department phone calls and emails.
