Job summary About the Role This 22.5 position will be based within Keynsham CAMHS, working as part of a skilled and compassionate Complex Trauma Pathway team. You will play a vital role in assisting clinicians in their work with CYP and their families, delivering psychoeducational materials, facilitating therapeutic groups, and supporting service evaluation through data collection and audit. This is an exciting opportunity to join a strengths-based, trauma-informed service at an early stage of its development. The role will allow you to contribute to shaping a pathway that embeds positive partnerships with key adults and networks, improving outcomes for young people who have experienced complex trauma. The pathway aims to provide consultation, supervision, and trauma-informed interventions across CAMHS teams in B&NES, Swindon, and Wiltshire. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of trauma-informed psychological interventions under the supervision of a qualified clinician. Support psychoeducational work with young people and their families, including preparing and distributing relevant materials. Co-facilitate therapeutic groups alongside qualified clinicians. Assist in the administration, distribution, and analysis of Routine Outcome Measures (ROMs) to support service evaluation. Contribute to clinical audit, research, and data collection to inform ongoing development of the pathway. Support training initiatives for CAMHS staff and professionals from other agencies.
