The Role
Due to successful growth in our business, we have an exciting permanent opportunity to join Fortem Solutions as a Plasterer to work with our successful team at Orbit housing. This will be based in and around Stratford Upon Avon area so travel is essential. Core Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm.
The Project
Your role will involve carrying out Plastering work and other aspects of property repairs and maintenance to Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision. Ideally, you’ll be able to cover most aspects of property maintenance, you will take ownership of work, operating within Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
The successful Plasterer candidate will meet the following criteria:
1. Essential criteria:
o NVQ/qualifications in Plastering or equivalent
o Full driving licence (Max 5 points)
2. Desirable:
o Social housing experience
