Are You the Right Fit? To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with: A Full UK Driving License (essential). 5 years of IT support experience, specifically with 3rd-line responsibilities—preferably within an MSP. Proficiency in Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Virtual Servers, VMware/Hyper-V, SharePoint, and Office 365. Advanced troubleshooting skills in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and VLANs. A natural communicator who can make technical concepts accessible to all clients. An independent, problem-solving mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude that thrives in a collaborative setting. In addition to technical skills, we’re seeking someone who’s passionate about building relationships and maintaining client trust.
