Come and join our friendly four partner training practice inLonglevens Gloucester. We are looking for a committed individual to join ourfantastic Admin team at Longlevens Surgery, the ability to work within a smallteam is essential so great teamwork skills are required.
You will provide administrative support to members of theprimary health care team and ensuring appropriate practice records are kept upto date. Our patients care is at the heart of everything we do.
Main duties of the job
Requests for medical records for newlydischarged military staff
Admin emails and tasks shared.
Stores ordering to include stationaryand clinical supplies
Adoption registrations & records.
GP Links, DMARDS.
Death of patients shared work
Updating surgery forms and documents
Post-natal bookings shared with otherAdmin colleagues
Appointment book administration makingamendments, cancelling clinics and making changes.
Clinical coding and management ofworkflow of all post received
Assist the PM-APM with administrativeduties such as booking flu/COVID clinics.

Job Summary
To provide administrative support and services to all members of the practice team.
Job responsibilities
Administrative work
Provide administrative support to members of the primary health care team in the following areas ensuring appropriate practice records are kept up to date.
Requests for medical records for newly discharged military staff
Admin emails and tasks shared.
Stores ordering to include stationary and clinical supplies
Adoption registrations & records.
GP Links, DMARDS.
Death of patients shared work
Updating surgery forms and documents
Post-natal bookings shared with other Admin colleagues
Appointment book administration making amendments, cancelling clinics and making changes.
Clinical coding and management of workflow of all post received
Assist the PM APM with administrative duties such as booking flu/COVID clinics.
