Job Description:
* Friendly and Thoughtful Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
* Teamwork: Work collaboratively with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Store Operations: Ensure the store is safe and legal, maintaining stock levels and accurate pricing, dates, and temperatures.
* Product Introduction: Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to drive continuous learning.
* Community Involvement: Get involved in local community activities and events.
