Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions from role approval to hire date. You'll oversee the referencing and vetting processes, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with HR policies and UK regulations. Your support in Visa applications will enable key employees to mobilize efficiently, while your proactive monitoring will minimize delays in site resourcing. You'll be the go-to person for HR queries, providing precise information and guidance. Additionally, you'll ensure timely processing of leavers, maintain accurate data in HR and finance systems, and deliver responsive administrative support to resolve people and process issues. Your efforts will produce valuable HR management information and drive improvements in HR processes, reflecting best practices and enhancing efficiency.
Role Qualifications:
1. Degree qualification in HR or related subject.
2. Working towards CIPD qualification.
