Role: Maths Teacher
Location: SEND Setting, Northampton
Contract: Temp with potential for Perm Opportunity
Salary: £28,060 - £39,300 per annum (dependant on teacher pay scale)

If yes, we have the perfect role for you! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math’s Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working with pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring math lessons that cater to the individual needs of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver informative, interesting, and inspiring math lessons.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)for pupils.
•Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
•Utilize effective behaviour management strategies to support pupils.
•Collaborate with other staff members to support the holistic development of pupils.
•Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.
Qualifications and Experience:
•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS), or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) preferred.
•Consideration will also be given to education professionals with other teaching qualifications.
•Experience working with pupils with SEN and behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties is highly desirable.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•A passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
