We are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated full-time person to join our management team. Children are at the heart of all that we do.

This position requires previous experience in managing the day-to-day running of a Nursery.
Qualifications & Experience
1. A Childcare and Education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3 or above is necessary
2. A higher-level qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education/Childhood Studies is a bonus
3. A management qualification
4. A current First Aid qualification
5. A sound knowledge of childcare development from birth to five years
6. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in the delivery of services to young children
Key Responsibilities
1. Promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
2. Develop and maintain highly professional working relationships with relevant Local Authority departments, regulatory bodies, and other agencies.
3. Assist with the quality management of the EYFS delivery within the nursery, ensuring children are stretched within their interests and learning.
4. Manage a room and staff team within the nursery.
5. Empower and motivate staff to deliver a curriculum that inspires children's fascination.
6. Manage the occupancy to ensure it shows growth and meets the business aims.
7. Maintain accurate accounts for the nursery and produce management information in accordance with company procedures.
8. Manage, monitor, and control budgets.
9. Identify training needs, develop a training plan, and evaluate training undertaken by staff.
10. Deputise in the Nursery Manager's absence.

Pay: £25,584.00-£27,000.00 per year
