Paying up to £40k Benefits a leading property management firm based in Chorley, Lancashire are looking for a Service Charge Accountant to join their busy finance team. This is a full-time permanent job opportunity working 35 hours each week. The successful appointment can work 8am-4pm, 9am - 5pm, or 10am-6pm. The firm offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. THE ROLE As Service Charge Accountant you will be responsible for managing year-end service charge closures for a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. The position involves regular coordination with the accounts team, property managers, and external auditors to ensure service charge accounts meet RICS standards.
