It is an exciting time at City Plumbing, as we continue our journey as a stand-alone business.Key Responsibilities Partnering senior stakeholders in your business areas and supporting their management teams - understanding the challenges and opportunities for teams to work at their best across key objectives.Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop people plans that involve learning and development, talent and succession, diversity and inclusion, and colleague well-being.Leading and supporting HR-related projects on organisation and business change as we look to become a stand-alone company.Advising and coaching managers to think broadly about how they can enhance their own team’s performances and improve business output and activity.Being a key point of contact within our team to provide support to our People Advisors providing guidance on effective management of ER managerial related issues.This role will support areas in the business based across different parts of the UK. We operate a Hybrid Working model, which will allow you the flexibility to work from home but also with some travel throughout the UK, as required to support your business areas. You will also need to be able to attend our Head Office based in Crick.You: You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and agile approach to problem solving.
