We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide admin support within the Early Years Team, Child & Young People's division, based in the Conwy Child Development Centre, Llandudno.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative, and be efficient and organised with their own workload. The candidate should also have excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package.
A good telephone manner is essential. The post holder will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Main Duties of the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Early Years Team. This includes:
1. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
2. Demonstrating excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Managing personal workload efficiently and effectively.
4. Providing excellent customer service.
5. Organising meetings and activities as required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications
* Good standard of general education, GCSE English at grade C and above or equivalent. NVQ level 2 or equivalent knowledge and experience or willing to work towards.
* L2 RSA/OCR or equivalent text or audio.
Experience
* Knowledge of a range of administrative processes.

* Experience of working within the NHS.
