Indra is a global player in the international market in Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems. It has over 100 years of experience in ATM solutions, with over 4000 installations in 160 countries. 85% of world passengers travel making use of Indra ATM technology at any time of flight.
As we continue to grow, we need talented engineers to join our ATM Adaptation Tool Support Function in Whiteley, Hampshire, working closely with a remote team in Spain. Note: adaptation is the configuration used to adapt our ATM product to the particular needs (airspace, etc) of each customer. You will be working directly with internal and customer adaptation developers and consumers to demonstrate new adaptation tool functionality, support them in their use of our adaptation tool, help to produce new adaptations, and analyse problems detected by them.
We are looking for proactive System Test Engineers with an appetite for work and learning and a desire to make a contribution. Depending on your level of experience, you will join our two-year SmartStart scheme for new graduates, offering training, regular career progression, and salary incentives, or you will join one of our other programmes for more experienced hires.
You will be a key member of the team based at the Indra site at Whiteley, working on one of the largest and most exciting ATM systems projects in the world. The role offers the exciting opportunity to support the introduction and maintenance of operational systems.
This role requires flexibility to travel from time to time for training purposes or to provide customer support.
As the successful Graduate Systems Test Engineer you will have at least a 2:1 Honours Degree level in Engineering. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills as well as have the ability to work independently as well as part of a global team when required.
We are particularly interested in receiving your application if you have experience in any of the following areas:

Although not essential we will also consider more experienced candidates who can demonstrate:
* Experience of performing integration and verification testing, including development and execution of test plans, test designs and test cases for functional tests.
* Experience of performing validation activities with end users.
* Experience with interacting with customers.
* Experience of requirements management and requirement management tools (i.e. DOORS)
* Experience of change management tools (e.g. IBM Rational Change)
