The experienced Financial Services administrator will support the financial consultants by managing and administering a portfolio of pensions and personal wealth clients ensuring smooth and efficient handling of their financial affairs. Proactive Support : Collaborating closely with the Senior Consultant, assisting in the smooth running of client accounts and ensuring that their financial needs are met. Client Liaison : Handling client queries, providing information, and ensuring high levels of service are maintained at all times. Regulatory Compliance : Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with internal procedures and relevant regulations. Administrative Support : Taking on administrative tasks that support the Senior Consultant, including preparing documents, managing workflows, and coordinating meetings. Continuous Learning : Staying up-to-date with industry changes and regulations, participating in training to deepen your expertise. Experience and Skills: minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar financial services role.
