Are you a proactive professional with a passion for organization and detail? We’re looking for a Document Controller to join our dynamic client-based team on an exciting new major Programme. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with project management teams to ensure the smooth flow of documents and information across diverse stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
* Manage all stages of document workflows using REBIM and GliderBIM.
* Organize and maintain the document filing structure in SharePoint.
* Review and refine the Programme Document Control Process periodically to keep it effective.
* Train and onboard new team members on document control procedures and software.
* Perform quality checks on supplier documentation to meet Programme standards.
* Manage document numbering, status tracking, and revision control with accuracy.
* Be the main contact for document workflows with supply chain partners.
* Liaise with customer organizations to ensure timely feedback.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
* Hands-on experience in document control activities and understanding of workflows.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
* Exceptional organizational skills to ensure efficient task completion within deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Experience working within a client organization.
