Job Description:
Military Construction Program Manager
Key Role: Provide planning, programming, and budgeting support for a military construction program. Track, monitor, and document program phases and activities, including advanced planning, design, and execution for a portfolio of Military Construction (MILCON) projects. Develop work and design instructions for detailing technical requirements of facility designs. Develop, manage, monitor, and report on various programmatic documents and tasks. Use project management knowledge and tools to monitor the program-integrated master schedule, budgets, and scope. Provide senior leaders with program updates including scope, schedule, milestones, and risks.
Basic Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience with program or project management, including developing and managing complex project documents, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents
* 5+ years of experience with managing military construction projects
* Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
* TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
Additional Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in MILCON management in the European Theater
* 3+ years of experience supporting Joint military operations
* Experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Master’s degree
* PMP Certification
