Job overview
A wonderful pilot opportunity has arisen in the Cancer Directorate, focused on strengthening the community assessment for men with non-specific lower urinary tract symptoms or marginally raised PSA. The pilot will look at how to reduce over-investigation and related anxiety in men, focusing resources on patients at high-risk detection of prostate cancer in early stages who will benefit from treatment.
We invite applications from candidates with experience in leading projects and providing administrative support to project teams. The role requires liaising with the Primary Care team, creating collaborative working strategies to meet project aims, and working closely with the prostate cancer clinical lead and the Cancer Alliance.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent project management and data collection skills, be proficient in various computer-based programs, create action plans, take minutes, and coordinate meetings.

* Educated to degree level or NVQ level 4 or equivalent.
* Customer Service/ Business Admin/ITQ or equivalent professional experience.
