Description Hadleigh Town Council, Hadleigh IP7 5DN £12.84 per hour 15 - 18 hours per week Permanent Reference: 0808 Your role This new role has been created to ensure that there is always cover in the office for visitors and telephone callers when other staff are unavailable as well as carry out general office tasks. This role also includes assisting with events such as Repair Café and the Christmas Market. Your responsibilities: be the main point of contact for telephone callers and visitors to the office carry out general office duties such as filing, photocopying and dealing with correspondence assist with the dispatch of meeting agendas, minutes and reports assist with running Repair Café (bi-monthly on a Saturday). You will need: experience and practical ICT skills including in Word, Excel and Outlook excellent oral and written communication skills, including an ability to relate to, and communicate with councillors, staff and public the ability to prioritise and plan workload effectively.
