Role Overview
As a Creative Producer, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring the creative vision, technical execution, and client expectations. You will manage timelines, budgets, and teams while maintaining the highest creative and production standards. This role requires a strong understanding of multimedia & CG production, including real-time & interactive content, and a good knowledge of display technologies, like projection, LED, holographic and other large-format digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects from concept to completion—covering creative development, content production, technical execution, and on-site implementation—while ensuring creative excellence, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
* Work closely with the client services team, translating briefs into clear creative and production strategies, and consolidating input from various departments to develop strong creative responses.
* Oversee budgeting, scheduling, contracting, and resource allocation, managing these elements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead internal and external teams, including designers, artists, developers, and technicians, ensuring seamless collaboration.
* Present and defend creative concepts, production approaches, and schedules to clients, handling feedback proactively to maintain momentum and satisfaction.
* Continuously assess and refine production workflows, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Key Skills & Experience
* 4+ years of experience in a creative agency or a comparable industry setting.
* Proven experience managing full-cycle £250k+ projects in multimedia, experiential, or immersive production, including live events, cultural exhibitions, and large-scale installations.
* Strong understanding of CG production, animation workflows, and interactive technologies.
* Familiarity with real-time content, projection mapping and large-format digital environments.
* Excellent client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build client relationships, sell projects, and negotiate budgets and contracts.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in high-paced environments, balancing creativity with logistical and financial constraints.
* A keen interest in AI workflows and their integration into creative production.
* Passion for innovation and emerging technologies, along with an interest in new media art is a plus.
